Decisions¶

Each decision record explains one choice: the context, the options that were weighed, what was decided, and what follows from it. A decision that is replaced is not deleted. It gets a new status and a link to the record that replaces it.

Writing a new record¶

Copy the structure of an existing record: Status, Context, Options, Decision, Consequences. Number records in order and never reuse a number. Record the date and who decided.
